Turn frozen bananas and other nutritious frozen fruit into deliciously creamy treats that look and taste like ice cream, without any fat, cholesterol, additives, artificial colours, preservatives or added sugar. Curb your sweet tooth, and get a healthy serving of fruit.

Peach & Blueberry

2 frozen overripe bananas, 3⁄4 cup of frozen peaches, 1⁄2 cup of frozen blueberries Insert alternating pieces of banana, peach and blueberries into the Yonanas machine.

Cinnamon Cocoa

2 frozen overripe bananas, 2 teaspoons of dark cocoa ,1⁄2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon Combine cocoa and cinnamon, sprinkle over bananas, then insert spiced bananas into the Yonanas machine.

Strawberry Pineapple Sorbet

1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries, 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple
Insert alternating pieces of slightly thawed strawberries and slightly thawed pineapple pieces into the Yonanas machine.

Blackberry Vanilla Bean

2 frozen overripe bananas, 2 vanilla beans, 3⁄4 cup frozen blackberries, 1⁄4 cup of
chopped pistachios
Split vanilla beans lengthwise and scrape out seeds. Spread the seeds over one of the bananas. Insert alternating pieces of banana and blackberries into the Yonanas machine. Once complete, top with crushed pistachios.
